About Us
With our know-how and advanced facilities, we as Pak Ateş Elektroporselen San. Tic. A.Ş. , are very proud to be able to deliver high-quality services rapidly to our customers. Our choice of raw material is completely reliant on the needs of our customers. Different materials are used for different purposes. We can deliver to various requests, from thermal shock resistance to electrical insulation, from strength to porous structures. Siliceous porcelain (C111), steatite (C221), cordierite (C520-C410) and alumina based low alkali mullite (C610) are just a few examples of the many materials we use.
When it comes to technical ceramics, we are always at your disposal with our experienced team of engineers together with our raw material production and consolidation plants.
We consider ourselves to be experts in choosing the right technique to produce ceramic bodies from a specific raw material. Thanks to our state-of-the-art facilities, we are able to offer a variety of production techniques such as dry-wet grinding, crushing, drying and mixing. Furthermore, we offer single-bi axial cold pressing, extrusion, vacuum extrusion and wet casting in our consolidation plants. Our experienced quality improvement team oversees the production process step-by-step as the products get sintered in our natural gas and electric sintering furnaces.

History
Our factory was founded in 1976 in Rami, Istanbul with the name Işık Porselen. After becoming Pak Ateş in 1980, in the hands of its visionary owners, the company has kept growing and improving its capacities and technologies in the technical ceramic industry, all the while never compromising on product quality. In order to provide more services to the customers and have more capacities for research and development, the factory has moved to Arnavutköy in 2009 and has been increasing its product variety ever since.
Our product range is diverse enough to deliver to different industries such as the chemical, resistance, textile, furnace manufacturing, electrical-electronic, refractory industries and heat treatment industry. In addition to our standardized products, we are more than happy to develop new products in collaboration with our customers, catering to specific wishes and requirements.

The ISO 9001 certification, which we have obtained in 2006, followed by the ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2017 demonstrate our dedication to our customers’ happiness. Our experienced quality managers also provide consultancy services to other companies, which would like to obtain ISO 9001:2015 as well.
